How quickly will we receive the photos?
During the event itself. Edited photos are shared as each session goes on, so your team can publish while the conference is still running.
Do you also cover workshops, training sessions and retreats?
Yes. Beyond conferences and summits, we document workshops, training sessions, staff and partner retreats and other official events, with the same care for protocol, branding and consent.
Do you cover events outside Rwanda?
Yes, across Africa. Travel and daily allowances are listed separately in the quote.
How many team members will you send?
It depends on the number of rooms and sessions. We plan the team with you, based on the event programme.
Can you livestream our event?
Yes. We livestream sessions, press conferences and launches to YouTube, Facebook or your own platform, alongside photo and video coverage. Tell us the venue early so we can check the internet connection.
Do you film the event as well?
Yes. We cover photo and video together: highlight and recap videos, speaker interviews and short clips for social media.
Do you work at the Kigali Convention Centre?
Yes. We have covered summits at the Kigali Convention Centre and work at hotels and venues across Kigali.
Can you work within VIP and security protocol?
Yes. We work within event protocol and security procedures, including sessions attended by heads of state and ministers.
Do you cover multi-day conferences?
Yes. We plan the team for each day and each room, with a daily selection of photos so your team can publish throughout the event.
